Dragon palace on a rough sea. Hyogo
It is a symbolic view of the Sea of Japan in severe winter.
The height from the sea surface to the roof of the Dragon palace is more than 10 meters, but on this day,the waves were reaching far above the surface due to the heavy tides that occur only once every few years.
You can safely view the scenery from the Kinosaki Marine World grounds,so be sure to experience the Sea of Japan in winter.
