Oarai Isosaki Shrine "Kamiiso Torii gate" and sunrise Ibaraki
A shrine that sits on the hill of a cape facing the Pacific Ocean in Oarai. It was devastated by the war in the Middle Ages, but was revived by Tokugawa Mitsukuni and Tsunaeda, the lord of the Mito domain. The "Kamiiso Torii gate" built on the coast is also famous for its first sunrise of the year.
