Thirsty Sawada beach Okinawa
A coast with a unique landscape, dotted with many strange rocks on a shallow beach. Some of the giant rocks were carried by the tsunami of the Yaeyama earthquake that occurred on April 24, 1771, but some are thought to have been moved by the tsunami before that. It is a coast that represents Irabu Island and Shimoji Island, and is known as a famous place for sunsets.
The water is so shallow that you can walk offshore at low tide.
