The end... Okinawa
Takanazaki is considered to be the southernmost cape of Hateruma Island, the southernmost island in Japan that can be visited by ordinary means of transportation.
In the southeastern part of Hateruma Island, a sea cliff of Ryukyu limestone with a height of more than 10 meters continues for about 1 km, making it a scenic spot called Takana. A 200-meter-wide Kallenfeld spreads over the cliff, and the inland side of it is a sand dune with grass.
