Nishigaoka rice terraces. Hyogo
The rice terraces of Nishigaoka have been selfcted as one of the 100 best rice terraces in Japan.
A temple and five-story pagoda can also be seen on the mountainside across the street,providing a view of the history of man and nature.
In early September,when the transition from summer to autumn takes place,after it rains,a fantastic view may be seen.
